Frances Elizabeth Browne ( b. 1895 - d. 1976) is shown as a baby with her mother. She was born February 10, 1895 in Cincinnati, Ohio; died August 19, 1976 in Prescott, Arizona where she is buried in Mountain View Cemetery. She was the daughter of Pearl W. Browne and Wallace Browne. Her brother was Walker L. Browne, born in 1890. By 1900, the census shows her mother as being a widow with two living children.
She spent her childhood in Switzerland with her parents. Frances moved to Prescott in 1940. She was a talented portrait painter and landscape artist, and paintings by her still exist. She was a charter member of the Mountain Artists Guild in Prescott. She was chief of occupational therapy at the Veterans Administration Center (Prescott).
