This is a portrait of Louisa M. (Zaff) Potts and Victoria F. (Zaff) Behan Randall (b. June 1852 - d. May 15, 1889). They were sisters and the daughters to Harriet Zaff and stepdaughters to John Bourke (b. 1827 - 1868), who became a Yavapai County Sheriff, 1866-1867.
Victoria Zaff came to Prescott with her mother, Harriet, Zaff Bourke and her stepfather John Bourke, in 1865. Victoria was first married to John Harris Behan in March 1869 in San Francisco, California. John Behan became a Yavapai County Sheriff and Arizona civic leader. Victoria divorced John on May 22, 1875, charging extreme cruelty. Her divorce was granted and custody of thier child Albert Price Behan was given to Victoria. Later, Victoria met and married Charles A. Randall on September 22, 1881.
Not much is known about Louisa M. Zaff, but she did marry John Coyle Potts.
