N. B. Bowers Ranch, Dewey, Arizona. The house built by King Woolsey in 1863 (using stones from an old ruin on the site) for his ranch-site in Dewey; sold to N.B. Bowers, who filed a homestead on the land in 1871, and later sold it to a mining company in 1902. (The house burned in 1897, but the stone portion survives to the present day ).
