Johanna Miles (b.1836 - d.1903) was born in Ireland in 1836. Her mother, name unknown, was born in Scotland and her father, name unknown, was born in England.
Johanna married James H. Miles.
Handwriting on back of photograph reads: "Johanna Miles, wife of James Miles. She bore him 16 children. They came to Prescott by covered wagon in 1876. Three families traveled together-the Miles, Vagases and Watterman's."
Johanna died in 1903. Burial in Citizens Cemetery, Prescott, Arizona.
