Portrait of Charles B. Rush, who was elected Prescott Recorder for one month in 1881. This is a handwritten note on back of photograph that states, "with whom Mrs. John Marion [Flora Banghart] eloped both left families."
John Marion was the owner of the local Arizona Journal Miner newspaper and also served in the Arizona Territorial ninth legislative assembly.
