Marietta "Mary" (maiden name unknown) married Leonidas "L.C." (b. August 19, 1835 - November 25, 1906) in 1864. They had five children: William B., Edward W., Winnie L., David M. and Leroy H.
L.C. was born in 1835 in Washington County, Ohio. He served in the Civil War and went into business in Kansas with A.W. Callen after the war. He resold items such as turkeys and chickens, and had a ranch supply business. He came to Arizona in 1876, and lived in Walnut Grove. He Is a sometimes Deputy Sheriff, and formed a posse to find three African American horse thieves headed for Indian Territory. They hanged the criminals when they found them. The 1880 census shows the family back in Junction City, Kansas. Leonidas spent the last years of his life in Los Angeles.
Mary was remarried to a Mr. Snyder by 1910. Nothing else is known about her after that point.
