Description

Nancy (Ball) Stephens (b. 1822 - d. 1908) was born in Ohio. Her parents were Strother Smith Ball and Rebecca Stephens or Mahalia Mahala.

Nancy married Varney A. Stephens, an Arizona pioneer, who arrived in Arizona Territory in 1864. They had four children.

Handwriting on back of photograph reads: "Nancy Stephens."

She died in Prescott, Arizona on October 15, 1908.

Burial in Masonic Cemetery in Prescott.
