Photograph caption reads, "Despite the population explosion, things haven't been going so well in the once flourishing mining town of Jerome, Ariz.[Arizona]. Capitalizing on what remains, a civic-minded citizen decided to post signs boasting of the town's decline to ghost-town status. that way maybe they could fill it up with tourists, who are sometimes considered people.
