The Aguila depot is located 22.2 miles west of Matthie, northwest of Phoenix, Arizona on the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad's Matthie, Parker and Cadiz line. The depot is of a standard design with gabled roofs and open freight platform at the freight end of the building. When this view was taken, the depot was still in use for freight only service.
