Description

Georgia Myrtie Weaver (b. July 7, 1871; d. December 23, 1955). Georgia married John Morris Aitken in Prescott, Arizona on December 8, 1892; there were no children. Her sister was Cora Elizabeth Weaver.

Cora Elizabeth Weaver (b. 1869 - d. 1934) was born on April 26, 1869 in Prescott. She was the daughter of Caroline Elizabeth Weaver, born 1850 in Missouri, and Benjamin H. Weaver, born 1837 in Michigan.

Cora married Anthony Arthur "Tony" Johns (b. 1864 - d. 1944) on March 31, 1892 in Prescott. Anthony was an attorney, long-time President of the Arizona Wool Growers' Association and a member of the Arizona Legislature. As such he was involved with and supported Sharlot Hall's efforts to buy the Territorial Governor's Mansion with the intent to preserve the building and use it as a museum.

Cora died on June 15, 1934 in Prescott. She was cremated and the location of her ashes are unknown although they may possibly be buried at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott. Sources:
