View from the corner of Gurley and Marina Streets in Prescott, Arizona.

Built in 1927, El Paso architect Henry Trost designed the hotel that would become the cornerstone of downtown Prescott. After the foundation was laid, Trost modified the previously approved Pueblo-style facade to a more simple brick design.
