Evaline Maud Bigney (b. 1870 - d. 1928) was born in Nova Scotia. Captain Bigley was in charge of the Salvation Army in Prescott, Arizona, serving with Lietenant Ella Peterson. Both women were transferred to Prescott from their Salvation Army location in Tucson, Arizona in 1894.
Handwriting on back of photograph reads: "Captain Bigney was associated with Lieutenant Peterson in the Salvation Army in Prescott about 1898."
