Father E.B. Lebreton (b. unknown - d. 1895) was pastor of Sacred Heart Church in Prescott from 1884-1885. He then went on to serve in Tucson, Philadelphia, Texas, and Indianapolis. As the only Catholic priest in America at the time who preached sign language for the deaf, he established a mission and association for the deaf in Indianapolis. He passed away on December 22, 1895 in St. Louis. The French inscription on the back of the photo is translated as "Remembrance and token of esteem."
