Description

Prescott High School in the early 1900s.

This photograph shows the building which was used in 1884 used as the territorial legislature meeting place, until 1889, when the capitol moved to Phoenix. The building was used as the territorial capitol, high school, then as a junior high school until its demolition in 1973.
