This photograph is taken on the front steps of the Courthouse in downtown Prescott. Prescott is the seat of Yavapai County. Shown from left to right are: John J. Pruitt, Supervisor; Kenneth Aitken, Clerk; Ersel Garrison, Supervisor; Joyce McLain, "Miss Yavapai" and assistant secretary of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce; William Warrell, Supervisor; Joseph H. Roberts, Executive Secretary, Prescott Chamber of Commerce; Nelson McLaughlin, advertising. This photograph is very similiar to a second photograph, but the postures are slighly different.
