This photo shows the Cabinet Saloon on Montezuma Street or Whiskey Row during an election time as there is a large banner in front of the saloon that reads, "Vote for N. O. Murphy, delegate to Congress." N. O. stands for Nathan Oakes Murphy, who became a Arizona Territorial delegate to Congress from 1895 to 1897.  Also, shows a group of men standing outside of the saloon on the sidewalk or in street possibly standing in line to vote or get a drink at the saloon.
