Description

The "Ten Old Bachelors" club, or T.O.B., escorted the "Ten Old Maids" to Prescott parties. In this photograph, the bachelors are gathered for the annual draw to identify their partner. Some already have their names, others are to still draw a name. Standing left to right: William Claypool, Misael Edward Morin, Hedrick D. Aitken, Ed Horne, Nathan Levy. Seated left to right: David Austin Lambright, George C. Waddell, Duncan M. Martin. Missing are: Amadeus Charles Burmister and Charles A. Dake. One copy of this photograph is dated: "Taken May 24, prior to 1890". A second copy of the photograph is dated: "March 1890".
