Les Gotcher (b. 1905 - d. 1996) was an actor and member of the Square Dance Hall of Fame. He was a famous square dance caller and called dances all over the United States in the 1940s and 1950s, starting his career in South Central Texas. He moved to Hollywood, California, where he called in several films during the 1950s and 1960s. He lived for a time in Prescott Valley, Arizona and died in Hilo, Hawaii. Winnie, his wife of more that sixty years, preceded him in death in 1993.
