Frank Krell (b. 1856 - d. 1922) was born in New York in 1856. No information found about his parents.
Handwriting on photograph reads: "Frank Karell. Early Cattle Rancher came to Prescott 1880's?"
Records show he was serving in the military at Fort Whipple, Yavapai County, Arizona on June 30, 1879.
He was a longtime stockman in Chino Valley and the Upper Verde. Frank appeared in the 1880 census in Prescott, Yavapai County, Arizona Territory. He was a delegate to the Yavapai County Democratic convention in Prescott on August 4, 1888. He owned property on August 8, 1889 in Yavapai County. Frank was a registered voter in Yavapai County in 1890. He appeared in the 1920 census in Coconino County, Arizona.
He was the half-brother to Elizabeth B. Heiser of Coconino County. His estate was probated on November 24, 1922 in Yavapai County, leaving everything to his brother-in-law Charles Weiser Heiser.
Frank died in Los Angeles, California on April 17, 1922. He is buried in Mountain View Cemetery and Mausoleum in Altadena, California.
