Description

Nellie (Lowrey) Worthington (b.1866 - d.1952) was born on July 18, 1866 in California. She was the daughter of George Lowery, born in Ohio in 1828, and Sarah (surname unknown), born in Ireland in 1837.

Nellie married John Worthington on February 22, 1894 in California. They had two daughters, Rose and Jean. The 1900 U.S. Census listed John as a hotel keeper in California.

Handwriting on photograph reads: "Nellie Worthington and May Hall",

Nellie died on December 17, 1952 in San Francisco. She was buried in Tehama Cemetery in Tehama, California.
