Photo shows a composite ot Jennie and Ersel Garrison in 1962.

William Ersel Garrison (b.1895 - d.1983) was born on July 8, 1895 in Morgantown, N.C. His parents were Lola Garrison, born in 1876 and William R. Garrison, born in 1873. Jennie (Willard) Garrison was born on September 5, 1901. Her parents were Ettie Scott Willard, born in 1863 in California and Charles D. Willard, born in 1858 in California.

Ersel was a resident of Cottonwood and Clarkdale, Arizona for several years. He worked at a car garage and he owned airplanes.  Jennie was a graduate of the Flagstaff Normal School in 1921. She taught in Cooley, Arizona.  The date of their marriage is unknown. They had one son, Willard, who died at age 11 from pneumonia.  Ersel died in April, 1983. Jennie died February 26, 1988. Both are buried in the Cottonwood Cemetery in Cottonwood, Arizona.
