Given the probable age of this youth, and the middle name initial of "C", it would appear that the following information is a match.
Robert Clinton Burmister (b. 1884 – d. 1939) was born June 18, 1884 in Indianola, Warren, Iowa. He was the son of Albert James Burmister (1853 – 1929) and Canzada Stockton (1855 – 1940). He is listed in Voter Registrations for Yavapai, Arizona in 1914, 1916, 1920, 1922, 1926 and 1930. His draft registration is dated 1917-1918 for Yavapai, Arizona.
He married Ida Allen (b. 3/11/1879 – d. 1963) on December 24, 1905. The 1910 Census shows them living in Mayer, Arizona, that he was a farmer and that their first daughter had been born. They had three children: Edna Marie Burmister (b. 1/6/1907 – d. 1989), Robert Cecil Burmister (b. 8/17/1910 – d. 9/14/1980), and Thelma “Tillie” Allen Burmister (b. 6/4/1914 – d. 5/28/1995.
