Wayne Hubbs (b.1891 - d.1965) was born on May 18, 1891 in Kingman, Arizona. He and his brother Vernon were the sons of William Harvey Hubbs, born in 1855 in Tulare County, California and Johanna (Wilkinson) Hubbs, born in 1852 in Bloomfield, Iowa.
The 1910 US Census of Mohave County, Arizona listed Wayne as an assistant manager of an opera house.
Wayne's World War I draft registration card stated he was a bookkeeper in Chloride, Arizona. His World War II draft registration card listed his occupation as being employed as a collector for Internal Revenue.
Wayne died on October 17, 1965 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was buried in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Phoenix.
Vernon Hubbs (b.1893 - d.1968) was born in Kingman, Arizona on May 19, 1893.
His World War I draft registration card stated his occupation as "transfer of cattle". No occupation stated on his World War II draft registration card.
The 1930 US Census in Mohave County, Arizona lists his occupation as Deputy Assessor of the county and includes that he had a wife, Opal. The 1950 US Census of Mohave County lists his occupation as Postmaster of the county.
Vernon died on May 16, 1968 in Yuma, Arizona. He was buried in Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Yuma.
