Description

Aguilar Children: Effie, Eddy, Buddy, Lena and Darlene. They were the children of Graciano Aguilar, born in Mexico in 1895 and Nemencia Aguilar, born in Mexico in 1896.

Senorina "Darlene" Aguilar (b.1928- d.?) was born on March 3, 1928 in Jerome, Arizona.

She is listed on the 1940 US Census as living in Arizona. The 1950 US Census lists her as living in Los Angeles, California. Her occupation is a biller in a mail order store.

Efigenia "Effie" Aguilar (b.1932 - d.?) full birthdate unknown, was born in Jerome, Arizona.

She is listed on the 1940 US Census as living in Arizona. The 1950 US Census in Los Angeles, California lists her living there and her occupation is doing general office work in a soft drink factory.

"Buddy" is one of twins: Graciano Aguilar and Alfonso Aguilar (b.1929 - d.?) both born on November 14, 1929 in Jerome, Arizona.

Lena Theresa Aguilar (b.1926 - d.?) was born on March 19, 1926 in Jerome, Arizona.

The 1930 and 1940 US Census' have Lena living in Arizona. She is listed in the 1950 US Census as living in Los Angeles, California.

Jose Edmundo "Eddy" Aguilar (b.1924 - d.?) was born on August 4, 1924 in Jerome. He is listed on the 1930 and 1940 US Census as living in Arizona. The 1950 US Census in California lists him as living there but with no occupation.

Handwriting on photograph reads: "Summer of 1938. Effie, Eddy, Buddy, Lena and Darline Aguilar. We dedicate this picture to Mr. and Mrs. Cartmell."
