Description

Pauline Anita Johns (b.1884 - d.1939) was born on February 4, 1884 in Prescott, Arizona. Her brother, Albert "Bert" Arthur Johns (b.1886 - d.1959) was born on July 10, 1886 in Prescott. Their parents were Paul Arthur Johns, born in England in July 1855, and Elizabeth Anne Johns, born in England in December 1859.

The 1920 US Census in Prescott, AZ lists Pauline as married, last name Ballinger, but living at home with her parents. The 1930 US Census states she is divorced.

Bert married Sadie Williams. They had one daughter, Elizabeth Margaret (Johns) Roberts. She was born in Prescott. Bert was a bookkeeper. He served in WWI.

Pauline died on April 27, 1939 in Prescott. She was cremated.

Bert died on December 1, 1959. Location of death not found. He was cremated and was interred at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
