Theophille Loisillon (b. 1832 estimated - d. unknown) was born in France in 1832. His parents, names unknown, were also born in France. Theo, as he was known, was one of the first citizens to settle Prescott, Arizona. He is listed in the U.S. Arizona Territorial Census in 1874.
In 1873, Theo was a partner with Francisco "Frank" Purcella in the Purcella and Loisillon mercantile store in Prescott. The partnership dissolved in 1875 when Frank retired and Theo continued as the sole owner.
Theo had property in Prescott which he auctioned in October, 1882, prior to his leaving for France. It was said that the lots were the best in the city on which to build a hotel.
The 1880 Census lists the spelling of his first name as Theop. Handwriting on the photograph reads: "Theophille Loisillon, March, 1878".
