Minnie Groves (b.1862 - 1936) was born in Nevada, California in 1862. She was the daughter of WH. Groves, born in Virginia in 1824, and Mary (Turner) born in Kentucky in 1839. They had two daughters-Minnie and Florence. W.H. Groves was one of the oldest residents of the Arizona Territory.
Minnie never married. She was appointed as a registering officer by the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors in Castle Creek in 1894 and 1896. She was the co-owner, with Thomas Holland, of Castle Creek Hot Springs. She served as postmaster at Castle Creek.

Minnie died on February 7, 1936 in San Francisco County, California. She is buried at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park in Colma, California.
