Description

This appears to be a photo that commemorates the founding of the Elks Lodge, which was established in Prescott, Arizona on January 29, 1896. According to an Arizona Journal-Miner newspaper clipping, "The initiation as well as the installation exercises of the order are very interesting and those who were newly initiated into the mysteries of the order last night express great satisfaction with it."
