An advertisement for Ben Butler's Chop House in Prescott from the Weekly Journal Miner newspaper. This restaurant was owned by Joe Ah Jew, a Chinese man who arrived in Prescott in 1870 when he was 17 years old. He was listed as the proprietor of Ben Butler's Chop House on Montezuma Street in Prescott in 1889-1891. Ah Jew became a naturalized citizen on June 5, 1885 in Prescott.
