A scene of the wreck which occurred at Cate Creek, (53 miles south of Prescott, Ariz.), Thursday evening at 8:33 August 26th, 1915, in which 4 were killed and 17 slightly injured -- A. W. Pentland, engineer. Signed Kenneth Aitken.
