Woodville Houston Williams (b. 1859 - d. 1923) was born November 22, 1859 in DeKalb, Alabama. He was the son of Parley Adolphus Williams (b. 1835 - d. 1914) and Lydia Angelette Jones Williams (b. 1833 - d. 1915). He was the third oldest of seven children; he had three brothers and three sisters.
Yavapai County, Arizona Voting Records show the following. In the elections of 1880 and 1882, his residence was in Prescott. In 1886 and 1888, no residence is shown, but in 1890 he lived in Williams, Arizona.
The 1900 U.S. Census shows him as single, living in Mesa, Arizona with his parents, and that he was a school teacher. On November 10, 1900, in Mesa, Arizona, he married Mary Ellen Malloy (b. 1865 - d. 1915).
The 1910 Census shows him as still married to Mary (age 45), living in Prescott, Arizona, and that he worked in a bakery. They had one daughter Bessie E. Williams.
The 1920 Census shows him as widowed, living in Berkeley, California and that he was a vulcanizer working out of his own shop.
He died July 1, 1923.
