Description

Iva Seaver (b.1866 - d.1917) was born in Edgington, Illinois on August 19, 1866. Her father, Henry Seaver, was born in Illinois and her mother, Arey, was born in Wisconsin.

She married Charles H. Myers on December 17, 1889 in Agua Frio, Yavapai County, Arizona. Her husband was the nephew of Daniel and Angeline Mitchell, who travelled to Prescott in the 1870s with the Callen party. The party began the Arizona Mining Company.

Iva and Charles had a daughter, Marion Mae (Myers) Merchant.

Handwriting on back of photo reads: "Ivy Seaver(s) who married Charles Myers, nephew of Daniel and Angeline Mitchell of the Callen party".

Iva died on April 18, 1917 in Elfrida, Cochise County, Arizona. Burial there in Whitewater Cemetery.
