Phoenix, Arizona residence of explorer and author Charles Debrille Poston (b. 1825 - d. 1902), referred to as the "Father of Arizona" for his involvement in helping Arizona officially become a U.S. Territory. He died in poverty in Phoenix in 1902.
The man in photo is presumed to be Charles D. Poston.
