William M. Buffum/ Governor Frederick Tritle & Frank M. Murphy residence, 317 East Gurley, Prescott, Arizona.
This residence on the southeast corner of Gurley and Alarcon Streets was built by Buffum during the 1870s, occupied by Governor Tritle in the1880s, and businessman Frank M. Murphy in the 1890's. It was also known as Colonial Apartments in 1930s.
