This photo shows Joseph Harvey and Theola (Linn) Morgan's residence located at 230 South Mt. Vernon St. in Prescott, Arizona.

Joseph and Theloa arrived in Prescott in 1910 to visit Theloa's father, Dr. William Linn, a medical doctor who set up his practice in 1903.  While visiting the Morgans decided to stay and Joseph set up his law practice.  Later, Joseph became the Yavapai County assistant attorney.  In 1945, he was appointed to the Arizona State Supreme Court.  Joseph later worked as Arizona's Democratic Party Chairmen.

The house to the left of the Morgan's home belonged to James Whetstine's family.  James Whetstine was a Mayor of Prescott.
