Dr. Charles Sewall residence, 220 North Mount Vernon Street at intersection with Sheldon Street. An inscription on the back reads, "These were all taken prior to the fire of July, 1899."
Charles A. Sewall was a prominent frontier physician who came West, served for awhile at Fort Whipple, and later went into private practice in Prescott.
Little is known of William Smith, whose residence appears to the right in photo.
