John C. Martin residence, located on North Pleasant Street in Prescott, Arizona.
John C. Martin was publisher and editor of the Arizona Journal Miner newspaper in Prescott in the late 19th century. He died in 1919.
Martin also built a house at 125 North Pleasant Street, but this is not believed to be that residence.
