Harriet Bourke residence, Prescott, Arizona. In the photo are Harriet Bourke, Hattie Skinkle on porch, Victoria Behan and Alice Wilson at the gate, Charles Yates, and Stephen Marcou outside of fence.

Harriet Bourke was mother of Victoria Behan, who was the first wife of controversial lawman John Behan (she later married Charles A. Randall). Charles Yates was a prominent merchant and miner.  Stephen Marcou was a horticulturalist, language tutor, and leader in the 1880s of Prescott's Anti-Chinese League.
