Hugo Richards residence, later purchased by lawman John Munds, on Mount Vernon Street.
Hugo Richards was a member of the Arizona Territorial Legislature in the 1870s, and was President of the Bank of Arizona for many years.
John L. Munds was a Yavapai County lawman and Sheriff in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
