Description

William "Will"  Coles Bashford residence at 401 East Gurley Street.  Bashford served as Adjutant General for the Arizona Territory from 1878-1880, and was the son of Arizona Territorial official Coles Bashford.  In 1974, facing demolition, the Bashford House was moved from this location to the grounds of Sharlot Hall Museum.
