Nina Cook (b.1874 - d.1881) was born on August 9, 1874 in Prescott, Arizona. She was the daughter of Edward Joseph Cook, born in Alabama in 1826 and Harriet "Hattie" (Gray) Stehr Cook, born in New York in 1835. Harriet's first husband was Henry Stehr. She had a son and daughter with him. Harriet married Ed J. Cook on May 11, 1873 in Skull Valley, Arizona. Ed J. Cook was the founding member of Odd Fellows Lodge, Arizona #1, in Prescott, Arizona.
The 1880 US Census in Arizona stated that Ed J. Cook was a widower, bookkeeper and father of Nina and older brother, Edward H. Cook.
Handwriting on photograph reads: "She died October 10, 1881, aged 7 years 2 months".
Nina was buried at the Pleasant Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, Alabama.
