Description

Frank Otis Joyner (b. 1856 - d. 1919) was born in California in 1856. He frequently used only his initials F.O. Joyner.

Records show he was a resident of Stockton, California in 1860 and Oakland, California in 1876-1877.

He was a registered voter in Yavapai County, Arizona in 1878.

F.O. sang base with the Prescott Philharmonic Society Grand Vocal and Instrumental Concert on June 7, 1878 at City Hall. F.O. was part of the male quartette selected to furnish the music at the Tucson, Arizona funeral ceremonies for President James Garfield.

Handwriting on photograph reads: "F.O. Joyner, Prescott, 1878".

F.O. died on July 21, 1919 in San Bernardino, California. No burial information located.
