Mercy Hospital was opened on Grove Street by the Sisters of Mercy. A chapel was constructed for the hospital, with large stained-glass windows imported from Germany.
When Mercy Hospital burned in 1940, the stained-glass windows were put into storage. In 1972, they were purchsed by Henry Brooks, who eventually donated them to the newly-constructed Chapel of the Valley at Fain Park in Prescott Valley in 2002.
These photos may have been taken at the Chapel of the Valley, or possibly at Henry Brooks' home.
