Joe Tiernan & Harry Campbell
Joseph Tiernan (b.1872 - d.1904) was born in Ireland in 1872. He was the son of Farrel Tiernan, born in Ireland in 1835, and Jane Meehan, born in Ireland in 1832.
Joe is listed on the 1880 U.S. Census in Camp Verde, Arizona and the 1890 U.S. Census in Prescott as a hotel keeper.
Joe married Jennie Craven in Prescott on June 21, 1897. They had one daughter and later divorced.
Joe was a member of the Prescott Fire Department, serving as Chief at one point. He was also a member of the Elks and the Ancient Order of United Workmen (A.O.U.W.).
Joe died in Prescott on August 6, 1904 from Typhoid fever. At the time of his death, he was a dairyman. Joe was buried in Precott in Citizens Cemetery.
Harry Dodge Campbell (b.1874 - d.1931) was born May 13, 1874 in Kansas. He was the son of Daniel Campbell, born in Pennsylvania in 1850, and Eliza Flynn, born in Ireland in 1851.
He was listed on the 1880 U.S. Census at Fort Whipple, Arizona while his father was a general service clerk.
His occupation was as a grocery salesman in the 1900 U.S. Census in Prescott, Arizona.
Harry was registered for the World War I draft in 1917-1918 while living in Jerome, Arizona.
He married Goldie Lolla Simmons. They had a son, Harry Dodge Campbell, Jr, born in 1922.
Harrie died on November 1, 1931 in Long Beach, California. He was buried in Calvary Cemetery in Los Angeles.
