Description

Joseph Lowery Warner (b.1866 - d.1949) was born on May 28, 1866 in Brooklyn, New York. No information found about his parents.

He graduated from Columbia University College of Mines as a mining engineer, starting his career in British Columbia and Washington state before coming to Arizona in1909. Joe was a resident of Arizona for over 40 years and was widely known in Yavapai County mining circles before retiring to Phoenix.

He was married several times, possibly as many as six marriages and having two sons.

Handwriting on photograph reads: "Joe Warner ?". This indicates that this photo may not be Joe Warner. The date of the photo and the birth date do not correlate.

Joseph died on March 17, 1949 in Phoenix. He was buried in Glenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery in Phoenix.
