The Etta Mine was a silver mine located in Yavapai County, Arizona Territory at an elevation of 4,800 feet. Its primary commodity was silver, with secondary and tertiary production of gold and quartz. The mine was located in the old Cherry Creek Mining District in the mountains between the former town of Cherry and present-day Cottonwood and the Verde Valley.
The property is now part of the Coconino National Forest.
The Etta Mine was an underground mining operation and commenced larger-scale production in 1908. It was considered to have a relatively small output. The mine primarily consists of underground workings, with a single known shaft reaching a maximum depth of 200 feet.
According to mining records, it last year of production was 1913.
